We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied you can return or exchange a Buffy’s Bear Friend product up to 30 days after purchase. Cost of shipping a returned item is assumed by purchaser unless the product is deemed defective in which case we will reimburse shipping costs.

Information that we obtain is for the sole purpose of processing orders and to inform you of special offers and discounts being offered by Buffy’s Bear Friends and Buffy’s Moonwalk.

Q. What are my delivery options?
We ship via FedEx Ground our FedEx Home Delivery from zip code 01581. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

If you have also ordered a moonwalk from Buffy’s, we can deliver Buffy‘s Bear Friends along with the moonwalk.

Q. How big are the Bears?
We offer three different sizes Bears 15", 13" and 8". The size of each Bear should be clearly marked in either its description or party pack category.

Q. How long before my party should I place my order?
To allow time for restocking out of stock items we recommend ordering at least 10 to 14 days prior to your party but will certainly do our best to accommodate last minute orders. Please let us know by email or calling if you need an order in a hurry.

Q. How are the Bears stuffed and closed
Each of Buffy’s Bears and Animals has an opening in the back with either a locking zipper and Velcro or zip tie closure and Velcro. There is absolutely no sewing involved but the closure is secure and are barely visible.

Q. What ages are appropriate for stuffing Buffy’s Bears?
Anyone from 3 to 100. Some of the younger children might need a little help stuffing their Buffy’s Bear Friend.

Q. Do you offer custom printed Teddy Bear Tees.
Yes we offer full coloring custom printed T-shirts. We can either use your design or create a design for you. Minimum order of 25. Cost depends on quantity ordered. Please contact us for pricing information.
